Apartamento Maria in Costa Teguise, is a spacious and well maintained ground floor apartment in one of the best run complexes on Lanzarote. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen/diner, comfortable lounge area and private outdoor patio for dining and sunbathing.

One of the best locations for the pefect holiday. From the apartment it's a short walk to the swimming pools, beach, bars, restaurants, shops, bus stop and taxi rank. The complex has four swimming pools and several bar/ restaurants and provides direct access to the Playa Bastian beach and promenade. View google map location.

The only Golf course in Lanzarote is a few minutes drive away and is possible to walk to. The Aquapark, Water Park & fun centre is located a short walk away and is great for families.

Interior
The apartment can cater for up to 4 people comfortably. The lounge looks out onto a large pool and has English TV. The indoor dining table seats 4 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one is a full bathroom with bath, and the other is a shower room.

Exterior
The terrace provides a dining area with patio furniture and plenty of space for sunbathing with comfortable loungers provided. There are 2 pools within a few seconds walk. The nearest restaurant is a few yards away and supermarket, bars and shops are a minutes walk away. The beach is also a minutes walk away.

Service
Maid service is once per week for a full linen change. An additional towel change is provided mid week. A set of poolside towels are also included for the duration of your stay, which gives you more space in your suitcase.

A complimentary welcome pack is provided of tea or coffee, mineral water and a bottle of wine.

We provide an information book which contains useful information to help you make the most out of your villa holiday in Lanzarote. This includes maps, excursion information and good places to go.

Cot with bedding and high chair are available to hire on request.

Safety
We recommend that children should be supervised at all times when using the pools.

Fire protection and smoke detection devices are provided. All furniture complies with up-to-date safety standards.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment building for your own safety. We have a strict no smoking policy inside the building as smoking would void our insurance.

There is a built-in safe for you to store your valuables for extra security.
