Casa Abba is privately owned and maintained. The villa is set in its own walled grounds with garden and private pool. Situated in a quiet location in Los Colorados it is a 3 minute walk to the local supermarkets and to the beach, 15 mins to the Marina Rubicon and  a short drive to the resort of Playa Blanca.

This unique house benefits from an elevated position with panoramic mountain and sea views from the upper terrace, whereas the pool offers seclusion and privacy. Being just a stone's throw from a beach and the boardwalk, the fantastic location between the golden sands of Papagayo and Marina Rubicon¹s restaurants and bars offers you the best of both worlds.

Additional features include, private driveway for parking, 3 sets of sliding doors connecting the lounge to lower terrace, access to the upper terrace from the 3rd bedroom is via an additional door on the landing, plenty of solid shade on the lower terrace, adequate space for sea view dining on the upper terrace, 6 adjustable sunbeds, 6 sunbed mattresses, 6 sunbed towels.

All prices are based on 2 people occupancy
additional guests are charged at £50 per person per wk

Villa Interior description

The villa, is presented to the highest standard and can cater for up to 6 people comfortably. The lounge looks out onto the pool and has TV/ DVD player. Patio doors open out onto the external dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board etc. There are two spacious bathrooms, and 3 double bedrooms with ample wardrobe space,

The interior is designed with modern, stylish, comfortable furniture, restful colour schemes and quality lighting which is both functional and relaxing. All important ingredients to allow you to totally switch off.

Villa Exterior description

The tiled terrace offers external dining and comfortable sunbathing. The private five by three metre pool is right infront of the outdoor lounging area. There are comfortable sun loungers with cushions, outdoor dining area under a covered area.

Villa Services

Maid service is once per week for a full linen change. A set of Poolside towels is also included for the duration of your stay, which gives you more space in your suitcase.
The pool is cleaned once per week.
A cot and high chair are provided free of charge.

Note: We do not cater for stag parties or similar.

Villa Safety first

A poolside life-saving ring is provided, but we also recommend that children should be supervised at all times when using the pool.

All furniture complies with up-to-date safety standards.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa building for your own safety.

There is a lockable box for you to store your valuables for extra security.
