Villa Atlantica is a spacious two storey villa. Its modern design is airy and fresh.
Throughout the property from the marble double height stairway to the solid wood wardrobe and interior doors you can enjoy the quality and craftsmanship of the villa. It is furnished and decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind.
Villa Atlantica is managed by the owners and we are always happy to advise our guests on how to make the most of their time on Lanzarote and give our personal recommendations of places of interest. As Villa Atlantica is the second of our holiday homes offered for rental it benefits from our wide experience of what the discerning visitor looks for in a holiday rental.
Although only a 10/15 minute stroll to the very centre of Costa Teguise it is in a quiet location so perfect for families who like the best of both worlds. See google map location. There are of course local shops and cafes nearby within a 2 minute walk.

Villa Interior description
Ground floor
The spacious living area is open plan style. The lounge has modern comfortable corner suite with satellite TV and DVD player with lots of recent films available.
There is also the second sitting room/ 4th bedroom with bookshelves and games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large size fridge/freezer, full fan oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave and all expected small appliances such as kettle, toaster, cafetiere and juicer.
The utility area off the kitchen houses the laundry facilities
One of the two twin bedrooms is on the ground floor.
There is also a full bathroom with bath, over bath shower, sink and loo.
First floor
The master bedroom with double bed and the second twin bedroom are upstairs, both with patio doors to the terrace.
A second bathroom with twin sinks, shower cubicle, bidet and loo is also on this floor.
Villa Exterior description
The villa is set back from the road behind gardens and the whole property is walled for security and privacy.
The 6mx3m pool is located at the front of the villa and electrically heated for year round use. It is completely private and solely for the use of Villa Atlantica.
The patio is south facing and very sunny and furnished with comfortable loungers and cushions.
Upstairs the south facing terrace is also furnished for sunbathing and enjoying the outdoors. This terrace also offers a comfortable area to enjoy the wonderful views.
We understand our guests want to make the most of Lanzarote’s fantastic year- round climate.
Villa Services
Maid service is weekly. All bedding is included.
Villa towels are provided per person and changed during a weeks stay. Additionally a pool/beach towel is provided for each guest
Pool maintenance is twice weekly.
A complimentary champagne welcome pack is provided of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits, mineral water and a bottle of bubbly. We can also arrange for a larger grocery pack to be delivered, just ask for details.
Cot with bedding and high chair are available for families at no extra cost.
A safe is provided to store your valuables.

Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 10.00 AM
Note: We do not cater for stag parties or similar.
Villa Safety first
A poolside life-saving ring and pole is provided, but we also recommend that children should be supervised at all times when using the pool.
Fire protection and smoke detection devices are provided. All furniture complies with up-to-date safety standards.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa building for your own safety. We have a strict no smoking policy inside the building as smoking would void our insurance.
There is a built-in safe for you to store your valuables for extra security.
