Villa Clara in Costa Teguise, is a privately owned and maintained modern villa with private heated pool in its own walled grounds for privacy and security, yet with a superb uninterrupted sea view from the upstairs terrace. Situated on a quiet street set back from the road, Villa Clara is a 3 minute walk to the local supermarket and a 10-15 minute walk to the main beach and resort area of Costa Teguise. See maps for details. The villa is owned by an artist and designer (designer of this website) and is home to some of the artists original works. There is free wifi internet access in the villa.
The Golf course Teguise golf is one of two in Lanzarote and is a few minutes drive away and is possible to walk to. There is a skateboard park close by and the Aquapark, Water Park & fun centre is located a short walk away and is great for families.
The villa is set back from the road with it's own private entrance gate with intercom facility. Villa Clara is right next door to Villa Atlantica, which is ideal for large parties who want to want to rent 2 Lanzarote villas and holiday together but value their independence and space.
The villa is managed by the owners and comes highly recommended by previous guests.

Villa Interior description
The 2 storey villa is light and spacious and can cater for up to 7 people comfortably. On the ground floor the lounge looks out onto the pool and has Sky Satellite TV*, 32" flat screen TV, DVD player with a minimum of 20 recent films and WIFI internet access. The indoor dining table seats 6 comfortably. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, juicer, etc. There is a further utility area with washing machine and drying area. There is a full bathroom, twin bedroom with ample fitted wardrobes and a further bedroom with a double bed, CD/radio/cassette/ipod dock, books and games.
The interior is designed with modern, stylish, comfortable furniture, restful colour schemes and quality lighting which is both functional and relaxing. All important ingredients to allow you to totally switch off.
On the first floor there is a second larger bathroom and two further bedrooms, one double, one twin, with ample wardrobe space. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading to the large upstairs terrace providing uninterrupted sea views. This terrace is large enough for al fresco dining and sunbathing.

Villa Exterior description
The private ground floor terrace provides a heated swimming pool which is electrically heated for year round usage. The pool is cleaned with a salt water chlorinator, which generates chlorine naturally. This is much kinder on the skin and eyes than chemical chlorine. There is an outdoor shower for cooling down whilst sunbathing, or to clean up after the beach. There are comfortable sun loungers with all-weather cushions, outdoor dining area under a shaded pergola and a coal barbecue for poolside cooking.
The upstairs terrace also has a patio table and chairs, with a clear view down to the pool. This terrace is accessible via a separate door off the landing, in addition to the patio doors which lead off the bedrooms. Perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while watching the sun go down.
The villa is ideal for extended families, but also ideal for 2 couples who can enjoy their privacy whilst sharing the common facilities.
Villa Services
Maid service is once per week for a full linen change. An additional towel change is provided mid week. A set of poolside towels are also included for the duration of your stay, which gives you more space in your suitcase.
The pool is cleaned twice weekly
A complimentary champagne welcome pack is provided of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits, mineral water and a bottle of bubbly.
We provide an information book which contains useful information to help you make the most out of your villa holiday in Lanzarote. This includes maps, excursion information and good places to go. Please download directions to the villa from here.
A cot with bedding and a high chair are available for families at no extra cost.
We like recycle - we provide a recycle bin for glass and plastics.
A safe is provided to store your valuables.

Villa Safety first
A poolside life-saving ring and pole is provided, but we also recommend that children should be supervised at all times when using the pool.
Fire protection and smoke detection devices are provided. All furniture complies with up-to-date safety standards.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa building for your own safety. We have a strict no smoking policy inside the building as smoking would void our insurance.
There is a built-in safe for you to store your valuables for extra security.
