Villa Claudia is situated on a private road and totally walled in for privacy and security, yet is only 5 mins walk from Las Cucharas beach and shopping centre. View google map location. This villa is back to back with Villa Abbeylara.

The heated private pool is situated at the front of the house with comfortable sun loungers and a dining area under a pergola. There is an additional sitting room accessed from the patio which has a bar and drinks fridge for al fresco dining.

The spacious lounge looks out over the pool and has satellite TV, DVD player with a minimum of 10 recent films, CD/radio books and games. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobes and two full bathrooms. An additional adult can be accommodated in the outside sitting room where there is a sofa bed. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped including washing machine and drying facilities. It also has a dining table and 4 chairs.

The villa is manged by the owners and is highly recommended by previous guests.

Villa Services

Maid service is once per week for a full linen change. An additional towel change is provided mid week. A set of poolside towels are also included for the duration of your stay, which gives you more space in your suitcase.

The pool is cleaned twice weekly

A complimentary champagne welcome pack is provided of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits, mineral water and a bottle of bubbly.

We provide an information book which contains useful information to help you make the most out of your villa holiday in Lanzarote. This includes maps, excursion information and good places to go.

Cot with bedding and high chair are available for families at no extra cost.

A safe is provided to store your valuables.

Note: We do not cater for stag parties or similar.

Villa Safety first

A poolside life-saving ring and pole is provided, but we also recommend that children should be supervised at all times when using the pool.

Fire protection and smoke detection devices are provided. All furniture complies with up-to-date safety standards.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa building for your own safety. We have a strict no smoking policy inside the building as smoking would void our insurance.

There is a built-in safe for you to store your valuables for extra security.
